Laura holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University. She has previously worked in the community mental health setting and provided a wide range of clinical services to adults, adolescents, and children.
Laura utilizes a holistic approach to therapy and maintains a strong focus on the individual’s strengths. Laura believes that all individuals are capable of healing and growth with the supports that work for them.
Her therapeutic techniques are grounded in EMDR-attachment focus, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy for mindfulness and distress tolerance. Laura is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She works with adolescents and adults.
