Brian holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University. He has provided clinical services in multiple settings, including community mental health, juvenile justice, and the education system. Brian also holds a master’s degree from BGSU in Kinesiology with a specialty in Applied Sport Psychology. He has worked with coaches and athletes of varied skill levels to build resilience and enhance mental performance.
Brian’s approach is holistic and individualized, using his clients’ strengths and assets in order to help them accomplish their personal goals. His professional interests include mood and anxiety disorders, traumatic experiences, and performance-related issues. Brian’s clinical approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Brian is also trained in EMDR. Brian is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. He works with adolescents and adults.
